How do i change the name on my car title?

I live inTN. My dad wants me to take his name off the title of the car but he isnt here to help me do it. He did sign it on the back. Where do I go to get this done? Also I noticed my tags expire after tomorrow so am I able to get a sticker? How much would all this cost me too? I heard it was expensive but then again some people tell me its not.
