Sonny with a chance UK viewers question?

Ok I have a question about the Sonny with a chance "Cookie monster" Episode. When Sonny and Zora find a way to sell the boxes of cookies by using the Girl dozer spray. The scene got cut out and it blacked out for a second, It didn't show them spraying the cookies and saying a mean joke towards grady and Nico. This only happened in the UK disney channel on the US it plays the whole scene. How come, could someone tell me please?
