Sprint or T-mobile in Seattle?

I am currently a sprint user and my contract has just expired. I will be moving to Seattle in the near future and was curious if I should stay with sprint or switch to T-mobile. The major deciding factor is going to be the reception in Seattle and surrounding areas. Any help/suggestions from current residents would be greatly appreciated!
